Karel Schwarzenberg - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic
October 4th, 2007Karel Schwarzenberg is a longtime friend of Vaclav Havel, and a member of Forum 2000. From 1984 to 1990 he was chairman of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights. Since January 9, 2007, he has been Minister of the Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
